  • Shipping Prices

    Shipping and handling to all countries in the world are free. We provide this service as we have a genuine desire to make the Internet an easier and better place to do business. The price you see on the page is the final price all through the buy process. To keep the shipping cost down we will send the shirts as ordinary Parcel Post.

  • How Does Subscription Work?

    1) On the front page you click the link "Subscribe to Shirts"
    2) Select how many shirts you want in each shipment. You can choose between 1-5
    3) Select how often you want a new delivery. You can receive a delivery every 2nd or 3rd month.
    4) Select which shirt(s) you want as your first order.
    5) Input your name, address and payment info.
    Your subscription is ready and within a couple of days you'll receive your first delivery.
    6) When the time comes for your next delivery you will receive an email. In this email you check off which shirt(s) you want this time. If you do not check off any shirts, you'll automatically receive the line(s) you had delivered in your first subscription order.

  • Return and Refund

    If your shirt doesn't fit, or if you're not satisfied with the product, we offer you a full refund or a new shirt. All you have to do is to send the shirt back to us, no later than 21 calendar days after you received it. The shirt must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, otherwise we can’t grant you a full refund or another shirt. If you receive more than one shirt, we ask you to open up just one of the shirts to see if it fits, and if it does not fit, then please return all shirts. If the shirt is returned because we made an error, we will of course happily return your shipping costs.

    Please also remember to state your name, address and e-mail and please provide us with the following information:

    "1 - New shirt:" (Please provide us with the correct size)
    "2 - Refund:" (will be refunded to your credit card account)

    When we have received your shirt, we will refund the money to your credit card account or mail you a new shirt within 1 week. You will be notified via email, when we have received the shirt.

  • Can I Send a Shirt as a Gift?

    Yes! You can send a shirt as a gift. You can also write a message to the receiver in the form field "Message to Receiver" on the order page. We will email you the invoice so that your receiver won't.

  • Subscribe and Unsubscribe to Newsletter

    When you have ordered goods from PostMe you'll always have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. You can also subscribe via the "Newsletter" link in the bottom of the page. In every newsletter you receive you'll find an unsubscribe link.

  • I Get an Error When I Try to Pay!

    There are many ways to solve this problem. Firstly you have to make sure that you have the latest version of your browser Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Maybe you can solve the problem by emptying your cache and deleting your cookies. Please refer to your Browser settings. Finally it can be a server problem and maybe we're not aware of it yet, so please contact the support. You can contact us here.
